Pilates for Bone Health

This program is for people of all ages and especially suited to, but not exclusive to, those who have been told that they have Osteoporosis or Osteopaenia.

More of the session is spent in positions of weight-bearing through the joints, loading the bones through gentle resistance exercises and also focusing on balance and falls prevention.
