Thank you for the brilliant classes this term, they've really made a massive difference and I already feel stronger and more flexible after just a few weeks.


I have been seeing Ginette for 1:1 pilates for my chronic low back pain. Due to her background as a physiotherapist, she is very good at adjusting exercises to suit her patient/client needs. She is very friendly and welcoming and an excellent pilates instructor!


Ginette is such a warm and welcoming pilates teacher. The classes are small and Ginette is attentive so you really feel you are doing each posture correctly and getting the most out of your session. I've noticed such a positive difference since starting, so much stronger, less pain and better posture, really helping with my recovery after a knee injury. I really enjoy the classes and really miss it when I can't make it.


Before joining Ginette's class I had only tried Pilates in a large group & didn't think that it was for me. Wow! What a difference! Ginette is always close at hand to make sure you are in the correct position to get the most out of every move, in the way that is best for you. I have really felt so much better for it. It's a great way to remove the stress of the week in a friendly & fun way. Thanks Ginette!


I love coming to my weekly Pilates class with Ginette. She's knowledgeable, professional, relaxed and friendly and teaches us according to our individual levels. The classes are small, fun and informal. Best thing is I'm noticing a difference in my flexibility and strength.


Warm and friendly small classes that doesn't feel like you are exercising but I am seeing great results and my body doesn't like it when I miss a class.
Ginette is great at ensuring you are doing what is right for you, giving alternative levels.
