Pilates One to One

A one to one matwork session with a Pilates instructor is perfect if you are new to Pilates or have any specific injuries or concerns that you are hoping to focus on and improve. The sessions are completely tailored to you as an individual, following your assessment, and can be adapted according to your changing needs.

The initial session is 60 mins and follow up sessions can be 30/45/60 mins.
